Step 1: Goal Analysis
We know firsthand how stressful buying and selling a home can be. We also know how exciting and profitable it can be! We’ll first meet to have an in-depth interview to learn about you and how your home doesn’t fit your lifestyle anymore. We want to know when you’ve finished work for the day, what coming home to your perfect home looks like. You want home to be a retreat and a place to enjoy as a family. We want every detail from what your view is while you drink your morning cup of coffee to the dream kitchen where dinner is made.
We’ll discuss with you the current market trends and statistics so that you’re well-informed on the financial impacts of the move. We want you to be 100% confident in your decision that selling your home is the right choice. We will then tour your home so you can tell us which spaces are too small, why the layout doesn’t work and what features are a must. This will help us understand your priorities for the new home.

Step 2: Prep and List
To give us the most competitive advantage, we’ll list your current home first. We want your home to look its best and will recommend repairs that will help sell your home for max price. As an investor and house flipper, I know what adds value to a home. You have enough on your plate, so we'll handle everything. We'll coordinate all appointments with the contractors, vendors, and stagers, and guide you through the final decisions. We’ll oversee the work to make sure everything is done perfectly so you have one less thing to stress over.
When everything's finished and your home is sparkling, we'll launch it! Our approach to selling your home best is to go live on Thursday and pack the weekend with eager and qualified buyers to get multiple offers on the table. From excellent photography to email blasts and social media platforms, we market your home to get it in front of the most buyers possible.
When we receive offers, we’ll review them together. The best option is not always the highest price so we’ll go over them in detail. We’ll work all offers because our goal is to sell your home for the highest price with the best options.

Step 3: Personalized Home Search
Finding the perfect home can be fun, but also time-consuming. We know you’re busy so we make this process very efficient. We filter through the MLS and only show you homes we think you’ll love. We also find off-market properties and send personalized letters to homeowners if there’s a neighborhood you would love to live in. Too busy to see a home? We’ll preview it for you or give you a virtual tour, then you can decide if it’s worth seeing.
When we do find your perfect dream retreat, we prepare you to make an offer. We’ll show you the comparables and neighborhood statistics so you have a good understanding of the value of the home. We take great pride in getting you the best deal possible because you work hard and deserve the best.

Step 4: The Celebrations!
After we accept an offer, we work through the conditions and get the new home under contract. From inspections to the final walk-through, we’ll report back everything so you can stay focused on juggling work and family needs. If anything should be renegotiated, we'll aggressively work in your best interest. When we're cleared to close, we’ll coordinate the closings for a seamless transition. Before you know it, we’ll be popping the champagne!
But just because we celebrated, doesn’t mean that’s the end of us. We’ll be checking in on you often to see how we can help. We’ll always supply you with contacts for services and anything you need for life in your new home to keep it your retreat.
